Bid Manager

Bid Manager for one of the world’s largest recruitment businesses. This business turnover £9bn globally and operate across 3 main brands in the UK offering RPO/MSP and Contingency solutions. Across these brands the business specialise in the Engineering & Defence, Professional Services, IT and Construction. The UK is in a transformation phase for large-scale growth and acquisitions. They are in the process of moving Bid Management from an Outsourcing Partner to internal, therefore there are several positions available. They have an office network, but this role can be largely home-based if desired. The role will include:

• Management of all company bids and proposal activity

• Work to align the bid process with corporate strategy at local and group level

• Coordinate Bid Team resources to ensure all bids are of consistent quality and message

• Support Marketing in copywriting for press releases and collateral

• Bid Management

• Presentation and Pitch support

• Copy writing
