Business Development Manager - IT Recruitment

This business offers solutions and consulting into perm go-to-market and cyber functions within hyper-growth tech businesses. This is how the business initially started with a 6 year partnership with an American consulting business.

This positions the solutions they offer between highly priced consulting forms such as KPMG & PwC and traditional agencies that only offer a transactional service.

Having been founded in 2010, the business is in a phase of high-growth.

The businesses’ ethos has always been to work in greater partnership with clients than traditional transactional recruitment. Through a range of services including Search, project RPO, Embedded, Consultancy, Advisory, SoW and more they create unique blended solutions to partner with clients.

The role is a Lead Client Development professional to take some of the load from existing Directors. Responsible for creating and building exceptional customer relationships, creating and executing strategic territory plans, and driving sales the role will help fuel accelerated growth plans and will quickly build out into a larger division.

They are looking for someone who has knowledge and credibility within technology recruitment. Solution selling isn’t a must, they have been creating and selling solutions since inception, but they are looking for credibility within the Tech sector.

Basic salary is circa £50-70k+ DoE.
