Client Relationship Manager, Manchester Area

The role will be working as part of a team that provide the link between the Delivery hub, the clients and the solutions team.
You will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders within the client’s business. These relationships will be built on trust and mutual understanding of each business’s growth plans and objectives. Particular attention should be made to ensure customers feel that they’re well informed, consulted and brought into the process. Additional business lines should be identified and qualified where possible.

You will need the following:
• Proven experience of working managing stakeholders in a recruitment environment
• Experience of building relationships effectively with client partners
• Previous experience of meeting and exceeding SLA’s and KPI’s
• Proven consultative approach with Hiring Managers and able to manage expectations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident in providing advice and all round customer service to senior management
• Previous experience of temporary and contract recruitment
• Good working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite of applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Business development experience
• Experience of using an ATS/CRM tool
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent planning and organisation skills
• Proactive

The role will be based 3 days per week from the Southern Manchester office and the rest of the time from home.
