Internal Recruiter, London

Our client, an International Recruitment Group with three UK brands, are looking for an Internal Recruiter to support and coordinate their growth and EVP development.

The business operate in multiple market sectors, across multiple locations offering a range of recruitment functions including both contingency and MSP/RPO solutions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Stakeholders and hiring managers to manage hiring requirements.
  • Development of the Groups Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Working with the internal Marketing team to create material and promote the EVP.
  • Working with external suppliers.
  • Advertising job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular assignment
  • Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)
  • Work with people and culture to support initiatives such as EDI.
  • Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate
  • Report to hiring managers and stakeholders on the status of open positions
  • Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
  • Determine qualification criteria for each position
  • Be a brand ambassador – create a best-in-class candidate experience and help develop a strong EVP.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Recruitment role
  • A strong and proven track record in candidate attraction, networking and/or client development abilities
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong commercial business acumen
  • Social media savvy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
    on skills

 

£35-45k Basic with £50k OTE + Bens
