IT Client Relationship Manager

Opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager working on an MSP for a Global Technology and Networking giant. This role would be managing the relationship with the client and Key Stakeholders and working closely with and mentoring the Talent Acquisition team that are dedicated to this client.

This role can be based primarily from home with some meetings in the London office and meetings with Team members and the Programme Manager.

The main duties are:
πŸ“ Management of the key client stakeholders within your assigned portfolio by way of;
πŸ“ Relationship building with existing contacts
πŸ“ Identifying new contacts and understanding their role & priorities
πŸ“ Proactively leading conversations towards our strategic objectives
πŸ“ Tackling concerns and enquiries and managing through to resolution
πŸ“ Responsibility for ensuring the fulfilment of all temporary, contract & perm requirements through direct sourcing and maximising any possible cost savings from the supply chain
πŸ“ Understand and generate inputs required into weekly & monthly operational meetings with the client’s stakeholders
πŸ“ Compiling data for quarterly performance meetings with the assigned clients to include but not limited to Quality, Innovation and Operational KPI and Service Level performance reviews. Understanding and supporting the hitting of all SLAs and KPIs are achieved and where possible exceeded.

This will suit a proved Technology Recruiter who has experience of managing and nurturing major accounts.
Basic to Β£45k + Commission and package.
