PMO-Coordinator/ Junior Project Manager

Opportunity for a PMO Coordinator/ Junior Project Manager to work within one of the world largest recruitment businesses during a period of exciting change, transformation and growth.
This role provides a quick pathway into promotion to a Project Manager.

Within the PMO you’ll be part of a team working on a wide range of Projects.
These projects include; MSP/RPO implementation, Systems, Technology, Change and Transformation and Process models.
You’ll support the creation and maintenance of project plans and timetables, your responsibilities will also include:
– Monitor the status of work for a number of clients – producing trackers, checking progress, reporting and escalating as appropriate.
– Key point of contact on projects – working with internal teams and external clients to ensure all aspects of the project are delivered to time, cost and quality targets.
– Liaison with relevant teams to ensure queries are dealt with and to coordinate the completion of compliance reporting provided by local teams.
– Support the Project Manager in the operation of key project management processes including risk and issue management, project scheduling, change management, resource management and project reporting.
– Maintain high standards of quality to ensure excellent is delivered to be internal and external to clients at every stage of the project.

The role will be home based with occasional travel to the businesses offices/ or client meetings.
