Opportunity for a Tech Change and Transformation Recruiter with a Multi-Award Winning fast growth business with offices in London, New York, Singapore and Canada.

THE BUSINESS
Established in 2014 this business recruit into Elite Quant Funds, Trading Firms, Top FinTechs, Hyper Scaling Tech Start-Ups, Investment Banks and FTSE 250 Businesses.
They provide mid-to-Senior/Exec level staff across Technology, Change, Compliance, Cyber, Risk and Digital.

THE ROLE
Joining a highly successful team you will join the well-established Technology Change and Transformation division. Operating in a 360-degree capacity you will start with a warm desk, with the remit to grow the client and candidate base.

FAST SUCCESS
This business are very successful in enabling its consultants to quickly ramp up and take advantage of their excellent rewards. Here are two examples of recent successes:

Consultant A
Joined with less then one year of experience in recruitment. In their first calendar year they did 16 high level placements.
The consultant’s total compensation for that 12 month period was £110,000.

Consultant B
Came into recruitment directly from university. In their first 12 months they did 20 placements.
The consultant’s total compensation for their first year was £80,000
